WALL STREET IS BROKEN

Common Sense Financial Podcast

Wall Street is Broken

I have been in the financial services business for 26 years and in all of these years, I have never seen as much confusion, uncertainty and a lack of confidence than I see today with investors.

The reason for this I believe is because Wall Street is broken and has shifted its focus off of finding the best solution for the client over to profits and product sales leading to a high level of uncertainty amongst the public.

I feel strongly that there is not a one size fits all solution and there is not a single product or idea that is appropriate for everyone.

We all have to use a bit of common sense when it comes to this and realize that buying a product or following a single action is not a financial plan…it’s not a solution. It may be part of putting plan together but it is not the plan itself.

I really hope that this podcast resonates with you and helps you tune out the noise. I realize that this can seem overwhelming but it doesn’t have to be. By focusing on your personal situation and working through the financial planning process all of this truly does fall into place.

As always, if you have any questions about what you learn about today please let me know. I get a lot of questions and am happy to point you in the right direction.
